Small tablets, easy to take, no bad taste.I won't speak to the effectiveness as amazon then ban my reviews but these tablets do provide a higher dose than others I have bought, so if you want to take it, these tablets are a great option.
You get a resealable pouch with enough itty bitty tablets to last you 3 x months. They’re super easy to swallow. So small that if you drop one you may struggle to find it, so be vary of that. I take this supplement from November to March every year and at the strength and price of this one I’ll be repurchasing for sure! Excellent value!
These are tiny little tablets, one per day, so 3 months worth approx, but the packet they come in could hold 900 so it total overkill and wasteful of single use plastic imo. £8 (Nov '24) for 3 months worth is good value though.They are small so very easy to swallow, and have not real taste when taking.I do wonder if such tiny tablet do contain the 3000mg as claimed - being made in the UK does lend some credance to this though.Good they are Vegan friendly too.
I like to have a stash of these in so as soon as I notice any cold and flu symptoms I can take them ASAP and I swear by them. I've not have symptoms yet so can't comment on the effectiveness of the tablets. But these are teeny tiny tablets that are easy to swallow, they're much cheaper and stronger than what I usually buy from the shop, the sealable packet is flat so they're really easy to store and take up little space unlike the jars I usually have.
Whilst many people just take echinacea in the winter, when there are more bugs around, I take echinacea year-round. What I love about this BioHerbs 3-month/90-day supply of once daily pills is that they're tiny, so are easy to swallow but, at 3,000mg, also pack a punch.A great natural remedy in an easy-take format. I'll be ordering more when these are finished, I just decant them from the bag to a pot, 5*
